Emails are sent to introduce ourselves and the contract terms. We coordinate all due dates and parties of the contract until you get paid.
We keep you up to date on all deadlines and actions needed to close. Contract deadlines are added to your calendar with milestone updates and completion status.
We work with your broker directly to approve the file for closing and arrange for the title company to send your commission from the sale.
